I need some help please - The monitor has cost me £650.00, & trying to get it to accurately represent color has cost me another £250 for calibration technology. There is not option to set where the calibration should go, what color space to use, or any other options. I've installed the software from your website.

Today i bought an i1 pro display to take advantage of the in built hardware calibration that xrite supposedly offer for the monitor.
I've tried with the Color Munki software calibration tool for quite a few weeks without reliable results - the colors always look off compared to my calibrated macbook and other displays. trying to calibrate it is almost impossible. If none of the above helps, I would contact the support people for ccStudio (or a user forum, if they have one) to see if this may be a known problem and if there may be a fix/workaround available.I have recently bought a Dell U2713H for photography work. If the Mac Studio has a login item for ccStudio, then make sure the MacBook Pro has the same login item.Ĭould it be a license/activation issue? If you require two licenses to run ccStudio on two computers, do you have them? If so, do the two computers require separate license keys? If so, are they using the right ones? If there is no kernel extension involved, perhaps there is a background app that needs to be running.
